Beachbody on Demand’s pricing can be a bit confusing. If you’re researching the streaming service, this post will help outline how much Beachbody on Demand costs, plus two ways to try it free! With Beachbody on Demand (BOD), you receive access to 900+ workouts, bonus workouts, and new releases. Furthermore, you also have access to the program’s workout schedule, nutrition guide, and hybrid calendars.
What is Beachbody on demand?
Beachbody On Demand is like the Netflix of workout plans. It’s an on-demand fitness service that offers more than 40 workout programs. They include P90X by Tony Horton, Insanity and Focus T25 by Shaun T, 21 Day Fix by Autumn Calabrese, and more. When you sign up for the service, you also get access to a personal coach. I have never contacted my coach, but it’s nice to know that someone is available to answer my questions or keep me motivated if I ever need help. Beachbody also has a nutrition component called Beachbody Nutrition, but I have never tried it because it comes with an additional cost. Many of the workout programs have free recipes and tips you can use at home
What’s the cost of Beachbody on Demand?
You may have noticed already there are several different choices and prices associated with BOD. The reasoning behind it is to choose the best option for your budget and supplement preferences. If you choose a Beachbody on Demand membership without a supplement, you can select a 3, 6, or 12-month membership option. It costs about $9.50 to do Beachbody on Demand a month on average.
The 3-month membership includes a 14-day free trial and is $39.95 each quarter after that. The average per week spent is $3.
A 6-month membership is $59 and includes a 30-day money-back guarantee versus the 14-day trial. It’s $2.27 per week.
The annual membership is the best deal for $99 with a 30-day money-back guarantee. It breaks down to $1.90 a week.
You’ll see all three options plus a Challenge Pack option with a supplement added in using the link below. If you choose the three or 6-month option, you may need to scroll down a little to see it.
Beachbody on demand challenge packs
The pricing information above didn’t contain any supplements. Below, we’ll look at how much Beachbody on Demand is when it also includes a complement of your choice in a challenge pack. With the challenge packs, you receive unlimited streaming as well. You can choose the quarterly- or annual- pricing. If you decide annual, your membership will renew a year later, and quarterly would be three months later. Each Beachbody on Demand (BOD) Challenge Pack includes either Shakeology, Daily Sunshine, or the Performance line for max results. All three supplements are deeply discounted in the pack and are put on auto-ship. You can cancel the auto-ship can at any time once you’ve received the product.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! There is a trial period of Beachbody on Demand for free for 14 Days! The Beachbody on Demand free trial allows you to have access to everything a member has! You can use it just like a member would. It does sign you up for the quarterly plan after the trial is over IF you don’t cancel it.
Is it worth it?
Beachbody on Demand allows you to choose the best workout and meal plan for your lifestyle and goals. You could be 5lbs or 100lbs from your goal weight, and you can find the perfect program for you. Besides unlimited streaming of your favorite workouts, BOD also includes nutrition guides, exclusive bonuses workouts, a cooking show, printable recipe guides, quick start guides, and workout schedules.
How does it work?
Beachbody is a subscription-based service that you can stream online from practically anywhere. When you become a member, you can begin working out right away.
Programs and Classes
The best part about Beachbody is the wide variety of workout programs. Yoga, cardio, muscle building, dance, and low impact are just a few of the options. The easiest way to start is to use the guide at the top of the website’s workout page. You can filter programs by fitness level, time, type, and trainer. When you choose a schedule, you are taken to a landing page with an overview, workout list, and other program materials.
The workout list is how you access each class in the program. The reason I like Beachbody more than other apps is because of the programming and instructors. The structure of a timed workout during a set number of weeks helps me accomplish my fitness goals. It can take the place of a personal trainer. Furthermore, I don’t miss the machines at the gym because I would instead run or bike outside in addition to using Beachbody.
Equipment
Some of the Beachbody programs require equipment; others do not. Before you start, make sure you have everything you need to participate in a class. You’ll notice a small dumbbell next to the Play button, which means that the type requires equipment such as a yoga mat, weights, or a resistance band. Focus T-25 is my favorite program because I get a full-body workout in 25 minutes without using any equipment. I just don’t have the space to store it.
Streaming Devices
The devices are Computer or laptop, iPad, Roku, iPhone, Android, Apple TV, and Amazon Fire. Typically, I stream Beachbody on my Roku or laptop. If you prefer to work outdoors or while traveling, you can download classes in advance, so you don’t have to rely on cell phone data or Wi-Fi.
Tracking & Result
Once you start a program, you can track your progress under My Account. The system measures your workouts per week and total workouts since becoming a Beachbody member. Besides, some classes have calendars and materials to help you stay on track. Focus T-25 has a calendar I can print to see my class schedule and mark my measurements.
How to cancel the subscription?
Beachbody says that you can cancel your membership at any time by calling the toll-free number or by visiting this website.
